RECIPIENTS: This prize-winning event is aimed at all final consumers, i.e. natural persons who purchase the products covered by the promotion for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or professional activity carried out, over 18 years of age, resident and domiciled in Italy.

Excluded Categories: Those who do not fall within the category ‘Recipients’ and specifically: minors, employees of the Promoting Company, its consultants, collaborators, agents and their respective family members and all persons involved in the organisation of this prize draw may not participate in this prize draw. By way of example but not limited to: retailers - wholesalers - shopkeepers.

METHODS: From 12.11.2024 to 21.11.2024, end consumers who make a purchase of any amount of GOOVI products in the area of the goovi website dedicated to the Goovi Secret Black Friday that can be reached at the link https://www.goovi.com/it/secret-black-friday-2024, accessing with their goovi website credentials or registering, and who have expressed their willingness to take part in the competition by ticking the Goovi Secret Black Friday cart acceptance checkbox, will be able to take part in the competition.

Consumers, in order to participate in the prize draw, will have to access the area dedicated to the Goovi Secret Black Friday from the Goovi website or they can log in directly from the link https://www.goovi.com/en/secret-black-friday-2024 and, if they are not already logged in, register by filling in the appropriate form with the required data (the method of purchasing from a guest and/or from a person NOT logged in to the Goovi Secret Black Friday will not be considered valid) and at the same time make a purchase of any amount of GOOVI products in the Goovi Secret Black Friday area.

They will also have to express their willingness to participate in the competition by ticking the acceptance checkbox that will be present in the cart of the Goovi Secret Black Friday.

All consumers who have logged in to the Goovi Secret Black Friday, as described above, have made a purchase of any amount of GOOVI products present in the area of the website dedicated to the Goovi Secret Black Friday, have finalised the payment during the period of validity of the competition, i.e. from 12.11.2024 to 23:59 of 21.11.2024, have expressed their consent to participate by ticking the checkbox in the shopping cart, will participate in the draw for the prize up for grabs described below.

At the end of the contest, a special electronic file will be prepared containing the personal data of all those who, during the contest period, have made a purchase of the GOOVI products in the area of the website dedicated to the Goovi Secret Black Friday and have finalised the payment of the purchase within the deadline, from which, in the presence of the Notary Public or the Chamber of Commerce Official, a manual and random draw will be made of 1 name, who will win the prizes.

In addition, 5 reserve names will be drawn from the same file, who will take over in the order of the draw, in the event that the winner cannot be found or is not up to date with payment for the products purchased. The winner will be contacted by the competition secretary at the email address provided during registration at concorsi@solelunacom.it.

In order to be entitled to the prize, the winner must send the following data by 20.12.2024 by email to concorsi@solelunacom.it:

• his/her personal details
• photograph or scan of the proof of purchase made (order confirmation e-mail) and, only for those paying by deferred payment, also proof of payment (payment confirmation e-mail).

In the event that the winner does not have this document, it will not be possible to deliver the prize and the first available reserve will be contacted.

• purchasing from the goovi website outside the area dedicated to the Secret Black Friday Goovi initiative that can be reached at the link https://www.goovi.com/it/secretblack-friday-2024 will not entitle you to participate in the competition. Consumers who are already logged in and/or registered on the goovi.com website will still have to access the above link in order to take part in the competition.
• participants will be charged the normal costs applied by their telephone operator for internet connection;
• the recipients of the competition must keep until 20.01.2025, the original proof of purchase made (order confirmation e-mail) and for deferred payments also the proof of payment (payment confirmation e-mail) because it may be requested by the promoting company for any further checks. In the event that the goods ordered are returned, the prize will not be delivered
• n the event of a request by the promoting company for the original of the proof of purchase made (order confirmation e-mail) and for payments in deferred mode also the proof of payment (payment confirmation e-mail), any winnings bearing details other than those on the photograph sent for validation shall not be considered valid. • In the event that the winner is found to have used fraudulent means or instruments or in violation of the normal running of the contest, he/she will lose the right to the prize. In this case, the promoting company or third parties commissioned by the same, reserve the right to proceed, in the terms deemed most appropriate, and in compliance with the laws in force, to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the system devised and the mechanics of the event, also reporting the circumstance to the competent Authorities
• the winner will be solely responsible for the management of his or her own e-mail box, with particular reference to the receipt of the winning e-mail and the receipt of the prize, and for the adoption of security measures to prevent other unauthorised parties from accessing his or her e-mail box. The promoting company shall not be held responsible for the non-delivery of communications to participants due to participants providing incorrect and/or out-of-date data, non-existent/erroneous, unavailable e-mail addresses, full or disabled mailboxes, reachable servers or anti-spam filters. • with his/her participation the winner will accept and use in accordance with the information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art.13 gdpr made available during all phases of the contest
• the data collection server will be located at B2X SRL -Via Coponia 8 - ROMA.

PRIZES TO BE GIVEN: n.1 holiday package (flight + stay) for 2 people in Phuket - Thailand at the Eden Viaggi Hotel Graceland Phuket 5* structure in a double room with all-inclusive treatment with an indicative commercial value of 4.500,00 euro (VAT included and not divisible) + n.1 suitcase of GOOVI products with a value of 200,00 euro VAT included for a total indicative commercial value of 4.700,00 ero VAT included

It is specified that:

The following will be included:

• return flight for 2 persons from Milan Malpensa
• stay with all inclusive formula
• airport/hotel/airport transfers
• basic insurance policy;
• flat-rate practice management fees, airport taxes and fuel and currency adjustment

The following will be excluded;

• transfers between the winner's (and the accompanying person's) home and the airport in Italy and vice versa;
• surcharges and any expenses to be settled locally;
• anything not expressly mentioned.
• the prize will be delivered to the winner in the form of an electronic voucher
• the voucher will not be transferable and will not be convertible into money;
• no reimbursement will be given to the winner in the event that, at the time of booking, the value of the prize is less than that indicated in the description of each package above. The winner and the accompanying person will be guaranteed the services indicated above and nothing more may be demanded of them;
• the winner and the companion must travel on the same dates, on the same flights and share the same hotel room, and must be in possession of the necessary documents to travel and stay in the country and location of destination;
• he stay may be changed if, at the time of booking, it is not available due to unforeseen impossibility and for reasons not attributable to Goovi or Alpitour;
• the winner and the person accompanying the stay who do not make use of the trip within the established terms will not be entitled to any form of indemnity or compensation, either in cash or in the form of other prizes; - the winner may not contest the trip awarded or request the corresponding value in cash or exchange/replacement for any reason whatsoever;
• travellers will be required to obtain all documents, passports and visas necessary for travel abroad.

GRAND PRIZE: 4,700.00 euro VAT included

STATEMENT: 
The organising company declares to waive the right to reclaim withholding tax as per art.30 D.P.R. no. 600 of 29.9.1973 in favour of the winners.

STATEMENT:
If the prize is not claimed or not awarded or not delivered due to the unavailability of the winner and/or reserves, pursuant to art. 10, paragraph V of Presidential Decree 26.10.2001 no. 430, it will be donated to charity to ASSOCIAZIONE ANFASS di Varese FONDAZIONE RENATO PIATTI ONLUS - Via Francesco Crespi 4 - 21100 VARESE C.F.02520380128. In case of refusal it will be forfeited by the promoting company.

STATEMENT:
The prize will be delivered to the winner within 180 days of being awarded. The winner must make the reservation directly by writing to concorsi@alpitourworld.it indicating his or her personal details and the name of the competition. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods. Transfer costs to and from the airport in Italy shall be borne by the winner. The trip must be taken between March and October 2025 with the exclusion of the following periods: 16 April - 2 May and 9-23 August 2025.

STATEMENT:
Advertising of the event will be in accordance with these Regulations and will be carried out via the website goovi.com/en and on the promoter company's social media. The promoting company reserves the right to adopt further forms of advertising, in compliance with and in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 430/2001 on prize-winning events.
