From this page you can independently release your order.
Enter in the form below the order number for which you are requesting stock release and the email address with which the order was placed.
You will see the status of your order and you will be able to choose whether to return your order to the same address indicated in your order or to another address.
We also remind you that:
- If your order was not delivered because you were absent on the courier's first pass, you will receive an email from GLS allowing you to reschedule the delivery whenever you wish. Remember that you have 5 days to unlock your shipment.
- Your order is not yet in stock and the courier will attempt a new delivery. If your parcel is in storage due to a wrong address, unknown recipient or refusal, you can independently release your shipment by entering your order and email in the form below.
- You can choose to release the delivery to the same address or to a new address. Please fill in all fields in the form. If your shipment tracking shows 'Shipment returned to sender' we should proceed to cancel the order and refund it. It can happen that your shipment leaves our warehouse correctly, but the destination branch, due to organisational problems or excessive flow of goods, was not able to handle it and therefore sends the package back to our warehouse. This eventuality, which is independent of our will, will be communicated to you by our customer service department in a timely manner.
