RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: 2 ml - equivalent to about 40 drops to be diluted in a cup of water. Ideally taken on an empty stomach (i.e. not at mealtimes). Shake well before use. Apply a generous layer of mud on the areas you wish to treat (thighs, buttocks, belly, hips). Leave to work for 30 minutes then rinse with plenty of warm water, massaging gently. For an intensive treatment, apply the mud 4 times a week for at least 2 weeks, with cling film. Then continue with a maintenance treatment of one application per week, with or without cling film.
